Terms & Conditions

Passenger Consent

Everybody who’s going to subscribe any of our groups are requested to read all the term & conditions prior to making reservation, by so doing, formally accept Experience Globe's Terms & Conditions, Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk and Binding Arbitration Agreement. Passengers booking online will be required to complete the Passenger Agreement at the time of booking.

Free From Liability

Experience Globe, its directors, officers, employees and affiliates, (collectively "Experience Globe") does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip including, for example, ownership or control over hotels or other lodging facilities, airline, bus, boat or other transportation companies, local ground operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions or equipment used thereon, food service or entertainment providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. Independent contractors may utilize the Experience Globe logo on signage or uniforms solely for identification purposes which does not signify Experience Globe ownership, management or control. As a result, Experience Globe is not liable for any negligent or wilful act or failure to act of any such person or entity, or of any other third party. Without limitation, Experience Globe is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death, delay or inconvenience in connection with the provision of any goods or services occasioned by or resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of government, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labour activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, or the threat thereof, overbooking or downgrading of accommodations, structural or other defective conditions in hotels or other lodging facilities, mechanical or other failure of airplanes or other means of transportation or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart timely or safely, diseases and dangers associated with or bites from animals, pests or insects, marine life or vegetation of any sort, dangers incident to recreational activities such as swimming, kayaking, sailing, canoeing, rafting, hiking, walking, bicycling, etc., sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of access to or quality of medical care, difficulty in evacuation in case of a medical or other emergency, illness, epidemics or the threat thereof or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Experience Globe. In addition, I release Experience Globe from its own negligence and assume all risk thereof.

Probability of Risk

I am aware that travel such as that I am undertaking involves hazardous activities, with a risk of illness, injury or death which may be caused by forces of nature, animals, insects or flora, the negligence of Experience Globe, or other persons and companies known or unknown, or of wilful or criminal conduct of third parties. I am aware that weather conditions may be severe, adverse and/or unpleasant. I am also aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during some or all of the time during which I am participating on the trip. In order to partake of the enjoyment and excitement of this trip I am willing to accept the risks and uncertainty involved as being an integral part of my adventure. I hereby accept and assume full responsibility for any and all risks of illness, injury or death and of the negligence of Experience Globe and agree to hold harmless and release Experience Globe from claims of third-party negligence.

I understand the physical requirements of the activity in which I will be participating, and I currently have no known physical, medical or mental condition which would impair my ability to participate in this tour or my safety in this activity, and I am willing to assume all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition. I hereby authorize Experience Globe or my local ground handler or others to arrange for any emergency medical treatment and hospitalization as may be necessary for me because of participation in this activity without my further consent.

Participation by Choice

I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate on the trip designated on this website and that I have read the description of the trip as it appears in the current Experience Globe brochures or website relating to the trip, together with all information contained in this application. I am voluntarily participating in this trip with knowledge of the hazards involved.

I have carefully read these Terms and Conditions and the booking information sections of this document, and fully understand its contents and certify that I am between 25-55 years of age. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between myself and Experience Globe and agree of my own choice. By checking the term & conditions box, I agree to these Travel Terms & Conditions and Experience Globe's Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk and Binding Arbitration Clause for myself, each member of my traveling party and any minor children accompanying me.

High Altitude

Your itinerary may include sections where the altitude exceeds 10,000 feet (3,048 metres). If you suffer fromcirculation, heart or respiratory problems we advise that you consult with your doctor before confirming your booking.

Pre-Existing Medical Conditions and Your Ability to Participate

The nature of many of the destinations we travel to means that in some cases they may be unsuitable for those who use a wheelchair or have reduced mobility. It is essential that you advise us before booking if you do have any disability or pre-existing medical condition which may affect your holiday, or if you have any special requirements as a result of any disability or medical condition (including any which affect the booking process) so that we can assist you in considering the suitability of the arrangements and/or in making the booking.

Children

Children are not allowed in the trips. Minimum age is 25 and maximum 55 to join these group tours.

Photographic Authorisation

Experience Globe may take photographs or video of its trips and trip members grant Experience Globe permission to do so and for it to use same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to group members.

Payment & Cancellation

Deposit: 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation and the balance 30 days prior to the trip starting date.

Last Minute Subscriptions: All reservations must be made no later than 15 days prior to departure. If requested services cannot be confirmed, payment will be refunded. If services are confirmed, final payment is due within 24 hours and all applicable cancellation penalties will apply.

Cancellation Policy

If Package cancels within:

  • 30 -25 Days prior to departure 25% of tour cost.
  • 24 -20 Days prior to departure 50% of tour cost.
  • 19 -15 Days prior to departure 75% of tour cost.
  • 14- 0 Days prior to departure 100% of tour cost.

No Show: 100% retention

Refund:

No refund will be made for any partly unused services- accommodation, missed meal, transportation, cruise portion, sightseeing in case any of these services are not availed by the customer on his / her tour.The Company will not be liable to any passenger for refund, compensation or claim for shortening of tour in relation to tour shown in itinerary or any cancellation, route change or postponement or delay of any airlines/trains due to any reason whatsoever including fog or bad weather and the tickets/package are issued subject to the conditions herein.

Prices:

Prices are per person based upon shared Double room occupancy. Prices do not include items of a personal nature such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, food other than the TDH menu, passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. Prices are correct at time of publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. If the price of an identical land package is lower than the price you paid, we may issue the difference in the form of a travel credit good for any new escorted tour or river cruise booking; credit is valid for one year from the date of issue. In case of human or computer error, Experience Globe reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to passengers who choose not to pay an increase, provided Experience Globe receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification.

If someone has no problem sharing room with a stranger co-traveller, he/she can choose the Double sharing option and he/she will be provided room on sharing basis (Male with Male and Female with Female). Provided we have another similar subscription, if not, the subscriber will have to go with a Single room by paying the extra cost for a single room.

Billing

All Invoices will be issued by the parent company Erco Travels Pvt Ltd. Which is a certified approved company by Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India.

The prices are inclusive of GST. However, in the invoice the GST component will be mentioned separately.

Online Payments - Terms and Conditions

You are being billed for services to be provided by Experience Globe. or its agents on behalf of you or your travel agent. These services may include hotel reservations, airline reservation, ground transport and guide services, entrance and entertainment fees etc.You are being billed on the explicit understanding that you will not claim refund form the credit card company for services utilized or consumed.

We cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier (due to the customer quoting incorrect card details or other reasons).

If the credit/debit card supplier declines payment, the customers should check with their bank/credit/debit card supplier for the reasons for this.You will be presented with a screen confirming payment when it has been accepted. You should print this screen for your own records.

If you cancel any services, cancellation fees may/will apply as informed to you. All refunds are subject to these cancellation policies. Refunds can be made only to the credit card from which payment was received. We will not be liable for any difference in refund amounts due to exchange rate differences.

Experience Globe. does not store your credit/debit card details on the website. This information is processed by our chosen Payment Merchants. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party sites, since we do not control these websites. Information collected by Experience Globe. will be stored and processed in databases owned solely by Experience Globe.

Our online payment service has been designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality. When you make an online payment, you will be requested to provide your personal contact details. If there is a problem or query with your transaction, this information will greatly assist us to contact you. This personal information will be used for no other purpose.

Covid Protocols

The health and safety of our guestsalways comes first and That shall never be compromised.We have adopted WTTC Global Protocols for Safe Travel. We make all our efforts to ensurePost-Covid travel to our region is safe. The hotels we use also follow all the safety protocols, the vehicle we provide are properly sanitized time to time.

The frontline workers like drivers and representatives follow all safety measures while meeting the guest.

These protocols and systems are based on a set of recommendations of the Government of India and the World Travel & Tourism Council.

All our vehicles/ hotels are sanitised frequently

If double dose of vaccine/ RTPCR tests are mandatory by any State Government, the guest should ensure he/she is fulfilling all the requirements.

Other Important information:

Mobile phone service is available in the region for selective networks only. It may not be active at all destinations.

In Nepal there is no relevance between the distance and time of travelling, as it depends upon the condition of the roads and congestion of the traffic.

General hotel Check in / Checkout time: 12 noon

Prices are subject to change with any increase in the tariff, fuel prices, forest fees, amendment in Government taxes etc.

Supplement charges charged by hotel during Christmas, New Year’s period, festival time, if any

Itinerary and hotelsare the subject to last minute change, due to any unforeseen circumstances, local strikes etc. A similar or superior hotel will be provided in such situations.
